Q: What is TIH?
A: TIH- The Innovation Hub 2K19 is an organization which has core value to Develop Curios generation from any aspects.

TIH is the group or organization of the students of all multidisciplinary branches of technical and Non technical fields who want to increase, improve and develop new skills in them and want to do something new innovative and extraordinary work in their life. We at the TIH work together to improve our entire team members and help all the members in the way they want and update the members with new trends in technology. The main aim of the TIH is to create a Hub or platform of students where students get all the necessary Research details, help, and guidance they want to develop and innovate something new and extraordinary in their interesting domain.
Q: When TIH was established?
A. It was established on 16th February 2019, using whatsapp group network.
Q: When TIH-The Innovation Hub journey Started?
A. A Model was created and designed by Ajeet Vishwakarma in 2016 to form a company/organization which provides practical education, research and innovation to bring changes in the world, and in 2017 it was upgraded to create a Team and perform Interdisciplinary work and create jobs.
In 2018, It was named as The Innovation Hub and model reanalyzed by Devesh Dhoble and Saurabh Nare. Hence Model improved and launched on 16th February 2019 that’s why its name considers as The innovation hub 2019 or TIH2k19.
Q: What are The Role Of TIH Co-Founders?
A. Role is based on activities of TIH which are divided as TIH Internal activities and TIH External Activities.
Internal activities: Task to be performed, Strategy of work and Technical work under Ajeet Vishwakarma. Whereas External activities like scalability of internal activities, Social Media, Team management under Devesh Dhoble.Each activities is boosted by TIH Pro-members like Controller, vice-controller, Reporter and Vice-Reporter (Independent of Pro activities).
Q:What about Trending Research Laboratory(TR Labs) and End Band?
A.We have a learning platform to promote curious person’sdevelopment.
TIH has basic three phase: 1- TIH Learner 2- Trending
Research Laboratory(TR Labs) 3- End Band
TIH Learner is a platform through which we connects with curious learners and they interconnect as to solve their learning problems.
End Band manages events, Media etc and
Trending Research Laboratory(TR Labs) is as Startup which
has core value 'To Create Independency in Learning '.TR Labs will Provide platform, Guidance, Support and Sponsorship/Job.

Q: Who are under Pro-members?
A. Pro-members are Co-Founders, Controller, Vice-controller, Reporter and Vice Reporter. Vice Reporters are independent from pro activities.

Q: What is the difference among Controller, Vice-controller, Reporter, Vice-Reporter,admin, fresher/guest and Advisor?
A. Fresher/Guest work under TIH designed activities and after showing performance promoted as admin. After maintaining proper consistency in their work, they may be eligible to handle Vice-reporter, Reporter, Vice-Controller and Controller responsibilities.
Co-Founder, Controller and Vice-Controller have authority to manage all groups whereas Reporters and Vice-Reporters have authority to stretch capabilities of their team Advisors are Independent from TIH hierarchy and work as team Support for overall team growth and development.For complete Information Read TIH guidelines

A. To Join the TIH follow this steps carefully

Q: Who can join TIH?
A. Anyone who wants to do something innovative and doesn't know how to achieve it and also wants to improve their skills and to learn something new and wants any technical help in other branches then their core branch can join TIH.
Q: What is the TIH Challenge?
A. About TIH Challenge:
# Any TIH member can initiate his/her Ideas, Queries or suggestion as a Challenge to complete by anyone.# Members update such challenges on TIH website in TIH Challenge Section and then share such links with your TIH Team.# TIH Challenge is categorized in Challenge of the week and Trending Challenge.# Members may share his/her challenge in the website and it will be updated in ‘Challenge of the week’ Section and if they are unable to find their resolution then their unresolved challenge will be updated on ‘Trending Challenge’ Section.# Anyone who cracked any challenge and if such resolution is valid then his/her Contribution will update on ‘TIH Trending’ Section.
